Hours of Operation

  • Doors open for Admissions each day at 7:00 AM. Click here to purchase admissions for Elevate the Stage 2021. This year’s admissions will be a digital pre-sale ticket.
    • Admission doors are located at the South Hall. You will be directed to the proper gym for your competitive session upon arrival.

Check-In 

  • Coaches Check-In 
    • Coaches can check-in at the South Hall entrance. Our volunteers will direct you to the correct gym for your competitive session. 
    • Be prepared to show your USAG Member ID. 
    • Coaches not listed on the Sign-In must be verified by our Scoring Director in the South Hall. Scoring Director is available beginning at 7:30 AM each day. 
  • Gymnast Check-In
    • Gymnasts can check-in at the South Hall entrance. Our volunteers will direct you to the correct gym for your competitive session.
    • This publicity waiver must be signed for each participating athlete. We encourage parents/guardians to complete this publicity waiver prior to arriving on-site. You will have the ability to complete this at Gymnast Check-In, if not completed earlier.

Athlete’s Gift

  • Elevate the Stage leos will be mailed to the gym address provided on the leo order form. They will not be available for pick up on-site.

Coaches

  • Coaches will receive a meet gift of a unisex t-shirt. Visit the South Hall Coaches Hospitality any day to receive your gift. Size preference honored on a first-come-first-serve basis. 
  • Athlete Gifts will be mailed to your gym before Elevate the Stage.
  • Coaches meals will be served in the South Hall for working coaches only. Please visit Coaches Hospitality in your respective gym for complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner. More details are below.

Friday, March 5:

  • Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. CST – 9:00 a.m. CST
  • Lunch: 11:00 a.m. CST – 1:30 p.m. CST
  • Dinner: 6:00 p.m. CST – 8:00 p.m. CST

Saturday, March 6: 

  • Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. CST – 9:00 a.m. CST
  • Lunch: 11:00 a.m. CST – 2:30 p.m. CST
  • Dinner: 5:30 p.m. CST – 7:30 p.m. CST

Sunday, March 7:

  • Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. CST – 9:00 a.m. CST
  • Lunch: 10:45 a.m. CST – 3:00 p.m. CST
  • Dinner: 5:30 p.m. CST – 7:30 p.m. CST

Admissions

  • Admissions to this year’s event will be all virtual. To purchase admissions, click here. Admission tickets are encouraged to be purchased prior to the event, but admissions tickets will be available for purchase digitally on-site.

COVID-19 Policies

  • If you have been exposed or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you please do not attend the event. The health and safety of all staff, coaches, gymnasts and spectators are our number one priority.
  • All spectators are required to wear a mask at all times except when spectators are actively eating or drinking.
  • Coaches will be required to wear a mask at all times except for eating and drinking.
  • Gymnasts are required to wear a mask except for when they are competing, eating or drinking.
  • There will be sanitation stations available around the venue and on the competition floor.
  • Mats will be cleaned after every session.
  • Seating for spectators is designed to follow appropriate social distancing.
  • We will continue to monitor the available information provided by the CDC as well as state and local government restrictions and guidelines.
